Start a chat with Fin AI

If you have a question about how to use Digit, you can ask Fin AI, our AI agent. You'll get the answer you're looking for right in the chat.

  1. Click Get help on the left side menu.

  2. The Help widget opens on the Home tab. Here you'll see recent messages, news updates, and an option to ask a question.

  3. Click Ask a question to start a new chat with Fin AI.

  4. Type your question and send it. Fin AI replies with an answer pulled from our Help Center, and may include screenshots or links to relevant articles.

Fin AI will keep answering follow-up questions in the same conversation, so feel free to ask it to clarify or point you to the exact steps you need.

Find your past conversations

Every conversation you have with Fin AI, and any messages from our team, are saved in the Messages tab.

  1. Click Messages in the bottom menu of the Help widget.

  2. Select any conversation to view it, or click Ask a question to start a new one.

You can also skip Fin AI and browse our Help Center articles directly, without leaving Digit.

  1. Click Help in the bottom menu of the widget.

  2. Browse by collection, or search for a topic.
