In this video, I demonstrate how to manage document templates in Digit. We currently handle packing slip, bill of lading, and receiving ticket formatting, with plans to include purchase order and sales order formatting soon. I show how to customize fields, use the configurator, adjust visibility, and rearrange the order of elements on the form.

0:01 You can manage document templates in Digit by going to settings and document templates. We have the ability to manage packing slip, bill of lading, and receiving ticket formatting.
0:10 We're going to be able to manage purchase order and sales order formatting in the future. You can expand each of these fields to see a copy of the document on the right and our configurator here on the left.
0:20 Our configurator has a list of all the available fields that you can hide or show on your document. You can select visibility for each of these to toggle on or off what you'd like to see on the form.
0:33 And you can even mess around with the order that these things appear. So let's say you want your ship to be in front of your bill to, you can simply drag-and-drop them.
0:41 You have the ability to update custom fields. So if you have a custom field, you'll see that appear here. And you can select custom footers for your documents here.
0:52 So we'll say test custom footer. Anytime you now print this document, you can see that custom footer appear here on the bottom.
1:03 The same configuration also goes to your bill of lading, so you can manage this part of your shipping documents, as well as your receiving tickets for when you're receiving POs, and you want to print out confirmations, you can manage those documents here.
