Organization Default Settings

In this video, I guide you through managing your organization settings. Learn how to set your default currency, update the company website, manage email replies, and customize entity settings.

0:00 If you want to manage the settings for your company, you can click on the settings icon in the top navigation, go to the general settings tab, and then scroll to the organizational default section.

0:36 Custom fields work just like they do on all the other objects. You can add a text number, date, single sign-on, select custom field.

0:53 This allows you to set minimum stock levels for individual items in Digit. So we'll go to items, we'll go into this microfiber line in blue, and we'll scroll down to inventory settings, and we'll see minimum stock level.

If we set to a hundred, then Digit will keep track of the items in Digit, and we'll get a really nice formatted email that has a copy of that order, that sales order, or that purchase order.
