In this video, I walk you through the various sections and settings available in our platform. From general company information to custom fields and production management, I cover everything you need to know to personalize your experience. Take note of the permissions, billing, integrations, and equipment management sections for a comprehensive understanding.

0:00 By clicking on the gear icon on the top navigation. Whatever workflow you're in, settings will appear over that workflow without ripping you out.

0:08 On the left hand side you can see all the different sections and settings. Starting in general, you can see all the general information about your company.

0:14 You can upload different logos, you can add locations, manage organization defaults, change the default language, and switch between live and dark mode.

0:23 Next you have permissions and billing. This gives you an overview of the different permissions that your users will have. Integrations, where you can manage and connect Digit to a number of external tools.

0:32 We have dozens of them. Custom fields, where you can see and manage all of the custom fields that are attached to your different objects, like orders, quotes, production jobs, companies.

0:43 Then we get into production. Here you can manage your operations, or your routing steps that production jobs have, or that parts go through in production.

0:51 You can add and manage equipment. And you can add and manage tools. The warehouse section gives you the ability to manage all of your bin locations within your different warehouses.

1:00 And then the document section is where you can manage all of your different documents. You can create customized packing slips and bill of ladings.

1:07 You can add custom forms. And you can even manage and create different labels within Digit. More of these will be covered in detailed videos going over each of these.
