To deplete inventory, open the item's details and go to the Inventory tab.
For Standard items: Look for the bin/location and click on Adjust next to the location, then use the Set to option and set it to 0. This will zero out that location's stock.
For Serialized items: Look for the label, and inside the label details next to Quantity in Stock, click on Adjust. Then use the Set to option and set it to 0. This will deplete the label's inventory.
Continue by clicking Next, adding a reason for the adjustment, and saving.
