PO Line Items Overview
The PO Line Items view provides a detailed, line-by-line look at all the items within your purchase orders. It's designed to give you a more granular understanding of your receiving process compared to the main Purchase Orders table.
From this view, you can:
See a list of every individual item from all your purchase orders.
View the status of each line item separately, not just the overall order status.
Track key metrics like the quantity ordered, as well as how many items have been received or rejected.
Customize your view by grouping items by different columns, such as "expected item" or "vendor," to better organize your data.

0:00 In addition to the purchase orders view, where you can get at a glance the status of an entire purchase order, including the number of items, the order total, as well as the overall fulfillment status, you can also now view PO line items, which will show you all of the line items from that purchase order.
0:24 Here we can see purchase order 81 has multiple line items on it, and now we can see the status for each one individually.
0:32 You can scroll over to see additional information here as well, such as how much was ordered, and if there has been any received or rejected so far.
