0:01 Digit gives you the ability to print out labels in receiving, production, or manually for your inventory that you have on the floor.
0:11 We have a number of different types of labels. Labels that are printed by default when you create something manually, labels that are printed by default when you receive something from a supplier, and labels that are printed by default when you produce something from a production line.
0:22 You can add as many labels as you want in Digit, and you can select any and update any labels that might already be existing.
0:30 To add a label, you click on the Add Label button. You can give this a name, so let's say you want to name it Production Label 2, or you want to say this is going to be our ABS label.
0:40 You can give any domain. to this, and you can set this label as default. On the right, you can see if this label is active or inactive, and you can select, set it as a production receiving or manual inventory label.
0:52 If you set it as a receiving label and click Default, this is the label that will print anytime you receive something from a supplier.
0:59 In the future, you'll be able to customize this down to the vendor or customer level, and even down to the item level.
1:05 Here in this label, you can then select if you want your company details to show, if you want the vendor details to show, You can then select if you want to show address information, show the organization name, or show or hide the organization logo.
1:21 You can even hide that field entirely. For other items here, you can see our default fields that come within Digit, or if you've added custom fields to your inventory, you can see those appear here.
1:31 What's cool about this is, if we show this customer style number, let's say we want this to be extra large, we can select, or just produce quantity, we can update the font sizes here.
1:43 So let's say we want that to be 20, and let's say that we want gray here, but we want to keep it small.
1:48 Let's also say that the bottom section here looks pretty good, but we want job to be ahead of produce date.
1:52 We can simply drag and drop that field here, and see that job jumps that field here. We have all the other information here, where you can set and mark these labels.
2:00 Right now, I'm only supporting 4 by 6 labels. In the future, we'll support any label size, along with portrait and landscape orientation.
2:09 Once you've created this label, you can then pull up these labels here in the future to see those settings that you've put in.
2:16 And when you go and actually print these labels in Digit, you'll see that these settings that you've applied are will flow through to the actual printed label from your label printer.
