In this video, I guide you through managing users in Digit. I explain how to view user statuses, invite users with or without company emails, and share login instructions. Once users are active, I show you how to access and modify individual user information, add custom fields, and suspend users if needed.

You can manage users in Digit by clicking on the User tab in the
People section. Here you can see all of the users that are active,
pending, or have been suspended from the system.
You can see the status pill here to see what their current status is.

You can invite users by clicking on the Add User button,
and you can invite them via email. If they have a company email.
If they don't have a company email, you can invite them with the username
that you create. When you send them this invitation,
you'll need to manually share the password with the user for them to be
able to log in.

Once you've created that user,
they will get an email, or you can send them the login instructions if
you've invited them via Gmail. And you can see that they will be pending
until they have logged in for the first time and formally accepted that invitation.

Once these users are active, you can click into each one,
and you can see information about that individual user.
Their name, their job title, start date, end date,
their current salary, and some of their other personal information.

You can add custom fields to the user level, like any other screen in
Digit, and you can suspend users by clicking on the more
action and suspend button here, or going back into the main table and clicking
on suspend user here.

Users are welcome to upload their own profile pictures,
which will be shown throughout the application, and any other user management permissions will be managed from this screen.
