In this video, I guide you through accessing user settings and features on our platform. Learn how to manage your profile, change your password, report bugs directly to our engineering team, and suggest new features.

0:02 There are a few user settings that you can access by clicking on the user icon in the top navigation. Here, you can go to your profile to manage information about yourself, to change your password, see active devices, upload profile pictures, and update any of this other information here.
0:18 You can also report a bug, suggest a few. To report a bug, if you click on this, you'll see a window appear in the bottom right.
0:30 This will give you direct access to our full engineering team's Slack channel, where you can type in any message you can see here, attach a screenshot or a picture of what you're seeing in the system, and expect to hear a response from our engineering team, typically within an hour or less, more often
0:45 within five minutes or less. You can see a full chat history here, and you can manage multiple different chats, so you can come and refer back to these if needed.
0:54 You can also suggest a feature. If you're using Digit and you see something, um, that's working pretty well, but you have a really cool feature idea that you'd like us to build for you, you can suggest a feature by filling out the form here.
1:05 This will also go right to our engineering team. We'll take a look and we'll prioritize it on our roadmap so that we can get it launched for you as quickly as possible.
