As we wrap up an incredible year of building together, the Digit team will be taking a winter break from December 24th through January 4th. Our goal is to recharge so we can hit the ground running for your business in the New Year.
❄️ What is a "Code Freeze"?
During this period, Digit is in a Code Freeze. This means our engineering team will not be releasing any new features, updates, or non-critical changes to the platform.
Why we do this: By "freezing" the code, we eliminate the risk of new bugs being introduced while staffing is low, ensuring Digit remains a reliable backbone for your operations through the end of the year.
⛑️ Priority Support
While our main office is closed, we haven't disappeared. We will be monitoring for Critical Blockers to receive Priority support during the break.
All other questions and requests will be addressed after the team is back from holiday starting on January 5th.
❓ What Qualifies as a "Critical Blocker"?
To help us support everyone fairly, please use the following guide:
Critical Blocker: If you experience a "system down" event or a bug that prevents you from shipping or billing, please submit a ticket via the in-app chat or email [email protected] and include the phrase "Critical Blocker". Our on-call team will be alerted immediately.
Non-Urgent: A button is misaligned, you have a suggestion for a new feature, you need help setting up a new user, or anything else. We encourage you to check out our growing library of articles in the Digit Learning Center.
⛄️ Thank You & Happy New Year
We truly appreciate your patience and the accountability you hold us to. We look forward to a massive year of growth with you in 2026!
Happy Holidays,
The Digit Team 👋🤠
