Use bulk import for 50 or more items to save time, but expect validation errors that need fixing.
Manual entry is better for complex items or if your team prefers a gradual learning approach.
Most customers start with bulk import but switch to manual entry when the spreadsheet becomes overwhelming. You can use both methods in the same account.
